You might have heard about these terms and you may be well aware of what they are, or maybe some of them are completely new to you. Either way, in the marketing world they are all very common and important concepts, so let’s dive into it and discover their meaning and how we can help your business bloom with their contribution.

Logo

A unique, strong and consistent brand identity is an extra gear in the fierce fight against competition. One of the elements that contributes most to your business brand is certainly the logo. Make your business easily recognizable by giving it a unique beautiful logo.

Designing a good logo is a fine art, we take care of it offering you a range of options that will meet your personal taste and the market requirements to make your brand thrive.

Branding

Branding is the set of actions that ensure that the image people perceive from your business is aligned with what your business actually stands for. The brand we create around a business is a complex of elements that deliver a clear idea, consistent throughout all the touchpoints with your customers, both online and in the real world. Things like your firm logo, its colors, the colors and fonts of your website, the register of your social media posts, the tone of your public and private communications, the sign of your store, the pamphlets promoting your events and all the other visual and communicative elements that are passed on to the rest of the world ultimately represent your brand and the values it carries. We will be in charge of making sure they match your business’ vision and the expectations of your target audience.

Design

Design is a huge topic. We take care of the digital part of it, but in some cases this can be reflected in the physical world too. For example, look at the logo you need to print out for your store sign… We can make that logo! Or maybe you need a particular look you would want to include in a flyer you’re gonna send out to every corner in town to promote your event. We got it, we’ll design it! Mostly, we focus on the internet, so what we usually offer are things like the logo, a beautiful responsive and efficient website and the visuals for your ads and social media posts.

Website

A website is the online business card of your business and one of the most important touchpoints with your customers. Nowadays having an efficient and attractive website, consisting of one single page or as many as needed in each specific case, is a requisite if you don’t want to leave behind a big share of your audience. We offer our 10-year-long experience in website design to make sure that your online presence is well represented.

Landing Page

A landing page is the page of your website where the user “lands” after bumping into your brand online. It can be the destination page of one of your ads that’s running on platforms like Google, Facebook and Instagram, or a link (called backlink) from another website that talks about your business. You need your landing page to be thoroughly crafted to display your value proposition, in order to convince the users that you’re the right choice.

Promotion

Let’s make it clear. Ads are the key to really boost your business to an exponential level. Good news, ads online are way cheaper and more effective than traditional advertising on TV, papers, billboards etc. This is because they are run by extremely powerful and developed software that have collected tons of personal data throughout the years, becoming skilled at delivering your products to the right person at the right moment with little or no effort.

We use Facebook, Instagram and Google’s advertising platforms to craft and deliver an ad for each product or service you intend to promote. We take care of the creative and technical part of it. Copy, photos and videos might need a collaboration from your side, but once the advertisement is crafted, stay sure it’s gonna hit the target.

Facebook Ads

Probably the king of all social networks, Facebook has had the ability to collect personal data of billions of users all around the world during the years. This makes it a formidable tool to connect with your customers and, even more, with those who still don’t know about you but would benefit from what you offer. Through its Ads Manager platform, Facebook gives you the most efficient tool to deliver your ads, letting you target very specific segments of your audience, making sure that you don’t waste one cent of the money you’re investing on advertising.

Aside from this, Facebook is a useful tool to stay in touch with your audience and let them know what’s new in your business. We offer editorial plans for both Facebook and Instagram.

Instagram

Similar to Facebook in the way it works, Instagram is the app that connects your business to the world. Photos, videos, stories… You say, we post. But we’ll also suggest edits whenever we see that the communication is not aligned with your brand, causing a possible damage to your business’ image. Let’s avoid that and keep it consistent.

Aside from that, Instagram is also a powerful advertising instrument: working alongside its older brother Facebook, it boasts one of the biggest databases in the world that can be used to enhance deliverability of your online ad campaign.

We always combine the power of both Facebook and Instagram to get the best results at a minimum price. Two in one, not bad? Very good!

Social Media

Let’s be honest, like it or not social media has to be there. It’s a free and efficient way to communicate with your audience, so why not take advantage of it? Moreover, through Facebook and Instagram we can run beautiful and highly targeted ads (check Promotion section to find out more). We offer several editorial plans, copy and posting, providing photos where necessary. The important thing is to be consistent with your brand, so we will supervise that aspect too.

SEO

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is a process that aims to increase the visibility of your website, by trying to rank it higher on search engine results pages. In other words, when someone types a generic product or service that your business offers and your business website appears among the first results, it means a good SEO was done.

The mechanism more or less works like this: when prompted through its search engine, Google reaches out to all the websites around, it reads them in a fraction of a second and it retrieves the info that was searched, presenting a website link on its results page. This process is facilitated by a good SEO, which helps Google read the website and understand its content. If your website matches the search, Google ranks it high.

SEO is in our service list. We apply some best practices (e.g. website content disposition, rewriting the copy, adding backlinks, using heading tags) that will help your website thrive.

Google Ads

Mother Google. How huge and powerful this fellow has become! Through Google we can now send emails, have videocalls, read the news and even make websites. The core and most important feature, though, is the one that has been there since the day it was launched: the search engine. Through its search engine, users from around the world are able to find any bits of information they’re looking for, and when they’re looking for a product or a service and your company happens to be the one that provides them, you better be there and show them what you've got.

Through a suite of applications that Google provides us marketers with, we are able to create, deliver and monitor an ad or a set of ads that showcase your own product or service to the people that are searching for the generic ones on Google. The ad will appear as one of the first results in the search engine results page, and this means it will be more likely to be clicked, redirecting the user to your website or page where you will be presenting your value proposition.

Remarketing

Imagine you hired us to create beautiful and effective ads to hit your target audience online. After an initial part of research and strategy definition, we would most likely set up Facebook and Google ad campaigns, and let them run for some time to let them collect info on your leads and, possibly, new customers. Is our work done? Not quite yet… There’s a possible next step, not mandatory but recommended, called remarketing. Through remarketing we create a new campaign, consisting of ads with specifically designed new visuals and copy, that will aim at the audience that was already hit by the campaigns previously created (and maybe still running); this audience consists of those who have seen the first ad created by us, interacting with it by clicking on it and landing on the website linked to the ad itself. Through a remarketing campaign, people that already know about your brand and your offer will see you once again and will be more likely convinced to check out your landing page again and finally buy what you are selling. Smart? Devilish!

Maps

Maps by Google is essential for whoever runs a business that has a physical location. Through its GPS, Maps shows the entire world with all its latest streets and points of interest on the screen of your phone. People use it to reach near or far places. Wherever they need to go, your store is better to be marked there on the map when they will walk by.

Using Maps’ management platform “Google My Business”, we will set up your account so that your business’ physical location will be displayed on Maps. More than this, MyBusiness offers many other tools that help you stay in contact with your audience (for instance, you can tell them the opening hours of your store or special discounts or promotions during holidays time). It also helps your website rank higher on Google results page, showing a card with your business logo, the opening hours of your store, its location on Maps and other contact info very useful to your audience.
